planning just lodged for this extension to a charming wee cottage at achnahant…. one of those happy design collaborations with a client who embraces interesting new ideas . the cottage is preserved perfectly with a minimal glass link to the light contemporary timber + zinc extension sitting on a solid stone base which meshes with the natural landscape.
